Rates and Conditions

We guarantee that you will not find more competitive rates than these at Naomh Conal Cottage, Donegal Holiday Accommodation. There is no catch. We just offer value for money. We live nearby and so can keep costs down by eliminating the middle-man. All bed-linen and hand-towels are provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

July and August	€500 per week
Other Times	€400 per week
Weekend, Bank Holidays, Midweek	€250 per 3 nights
Christmas Week and New Year Week	€500 per week

Longer stays are welcome and are at reduced rates

A deposit of €150 is required to secure a booking. This is in addition to the rent. The full rent must be paid 6 weeks before arrival otherwise the booking is deemed cancelled and the deposit is forfeit. Bookings accepted at short notice must be paid for in full at the time of acceptance.

The deposit will be returned minus the cost of oil and electricity at the end of the stay. Breakages must be paid for. We expect you to leave the place clean and tidy. It will be spotless when you arrive.

Please note that Naomh Conal Donegal Holiday Cottage is strictly a no smoking and a no pets property.

Please try to arrive no earlier than 4pm, and to vacate the property no later than mid-day. This gives us the opportunity to get everthing ready for the next guest.
